Serenity Sunday: Nuanced nutflowers

Another fine step in spring’s progress: Our dwarf flowering almond (Prunus glandulosa) is living up to its name in fine shape. A single blossom is about an inch in diameter.
Flowering almond 457It was very windy yesterday, and it took several tries to get a satisfactory image during the momentary and infrequent lulls between gusts. It was also my mom’s birthday; she would have been 104. Happy birthday, Mom!
