I am happy to report that Molly, the delightful Bichon we’ve had in foster care for the past two weeks will soon be back with her original family without having to be put up for adop- tion.. Her rehabilitation and pharmaceutical regimen are complete and she’s going home.
We are sorry to see her go, as she was a treat to have around, but though she was gentle with and respectful of our resident cat, Leo the Magnificent, he is rather obviously enjoying having the whole place to himself again without the need to keep tabs on where the playful fluffy intruder might be at any given time, ready to ambush him without a moment’s notice or a thought about how her spontaneity might be affecting his dignity.
You did Molly and her family a great service! Good to hear the news. :)
It’s so good to have a dog around the house again, even if only for a little while!
I can imagine! Some day here….
Congratulations on a successful rehab and Molly’s return home. At first I thought Leo was holding a hot dog.
That’s really funny–I never would have caught that!
Awww so good to hear! :)
Thanks for your visit, Marc-André!
Most welcome ^^
A fine portrait, Gary. Adrian
He is a fine fellow and he does so love to watch the sparrows, finches, nuthatches, juncos, and cardinals that cavort outside the adjacent window from this, his favorite perch.
