Shortly after my first post of the Green Grotto this morning, I had a wonderfully enthusiastic response from Cindy over at the loonybin (here), in which she said that it made her want to continue on and see what’s around the next curve. Happy to be able to grant her wish, I sent her a photo of just that, and she was so pleased with it that I’d like to share it with the rest of you, too. I hadn’t singled it out before for individual display, but included it in my journal of the trip. Here’s wishing you all more Serenity!

wonderful place!
It surely was, Mimo, and I really hope to return!
Wow! Wonderful!
It surely was. Wish I’d had more time to explore!
Gods Country!!! Just gorgeous!! Perfect Picture!! Job well done!!
Thanks, Peggy, I remember this place as if I’d been there yesterday!
Seeing around the bend is always a temptation, but I prefer the mystery of not-knowing. However, it looks like there’s another bend to pass through and once through that I’m sure there is even another! This grotto looks like a place I someday want to visit. So breathtaking and relaxing.
You are so right! I’ve only shown two views here. I could spend a week exploring the nooks and crannies and still not be able to see it all. I’m sure that next time (sure hope there will be one) I’ll be tempted take a tripod to set up on the deck of the little kayak and my main camera in a zip-lock bag until I’m ready to shoot and my wide-angle & telephoto lenses and and and…but maybe i won’t give in to it, but will relax again with the simplicity of the pocket Pentax. We shall see!
